3-ingredient side salad.

Ingredients.
1 baby cos lettuce, chopped. Approx. 2-3 cups of chopped lettuce.
1 lime, juice
3 slices prosciutto
Method.
1. Preheat oven to a 180C fan forced. On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add 3 slices of prosciutto. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy.
2. Chop lettuce and add to a bowl with lime juice. Mix through and add prosciutto crumbs on top. lightly mix and serve with any protein.
COOKING NOTES:
Can use lemon juice.
