Caprese salad.


Cook time: NA mins | Prep time: 15 mins | Serves: 4

Ingredients.

  • 3 Heirloom tomatoes

  • 1 buffalo mozzarella

  • 1/2 bunch of Basil

  • Extra Virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper


Method.

1. Slice your heirloom tomatoes 0.5cm thick. Fan out in a circular pattern on a serving plate.

2. Roughly tear apart the buffalo mozzarella and evenly place on top of the sliced tomatoes.

3. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top of the buffalo mozzarella, then add a good drizzle of your best extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
