Overnight bircher oats.


Cook time: NA mins | Prep time: 5 mins + overnight | Serves: 1

Ingredients.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 3/4 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 small apple, grated (approx. 60g grated apple)

Top with

  • melted chocolate

  • trail mix


Method.

1. In a glass jar with a lid add oats, cinnamon, milk and grated apple. Stir to combine. Refrigerate overnight.

2. Top with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes or top with peanut butter and trail mix.

Cooking Notes:

Make a double or triple batch and have breakfast on the run and ready to go in the fridge for the next 3 mornings. Enjoy
